  1. General
    1.1 The general terms and conditions of Blooming Woman apply to all the offers, orders, products, agreements and deliveries of Blooming Woman. By ordering from our online store you agree to be bound by the conditions set out below. Please read through our terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. We may change these terms from time to time without noticing you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Each time you use our services, you acknowledge that you have read these conditions and agree to be legally bound by them.

  1. Agreement and Order 
    3.1 The agreement becomes binding at the time you fulfill your purchase. 
    3.2 Your online order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation through email. 
    3.3 All prices of the items are displayed in € and including VAT. The prices are excluding shipping costs. 
    3.4 Blooming Woman holds the right to change the images and description of its products online without giving notice first. 
    3.5 Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes. In the case you forgot to add a discount code we will not be able to refund the discount. The same applies for free shipping.
  2. Shipping and Delivery 
    4.1 Blooming Woman charges shipping costs for every order placed in our online store. The shipping costs depend on the location of the delivery address. 
    4.2 Blooming Woman cannot be held responsible for additional costs such as customs fees. These fees are on behalf of the customer. 
    4.3 Blooming Woman always sends out orders using Track & Trace. It is not possible to send orders without a tracking code to save money. 
    4.4 Blooming Woman will send out all orders within 1 to 3 working days after payment. We reserve the right to extend the delivery time. 
    4.5 Blooming Woman sends their packages to customers with the knowledge that they will be able to accept the package when the postal service arrives. When the customer is not home to accept their delivery it is up to DHL what happens next. If the package is returned to us by DHL the customer will have to pay for the shipping costs to have the order send to them again.
  3. Returns and exchanges 
    5.1 If the customer would like to return a product they can do so within 14 days after they received their order. 
    5.2 Blooming Woman only accepts returns that are received by is within the set time period, under the circumstances that the returned products are not damaged or used and arrive in their original packaging. Samples are not eligible for returns. Products that may have triggered an allergic reaction are also not eligible for returns. It is the customer's responsibility to patch test every product. We stand behind the safety of our products and their manufacturers, and can not be held responsible for the reaction of the individual's skin type.
    5.3 No modifications to any product are allowed in the case of a return. 
    5.4 Blooming Woman reserves the right to decline the return of used/tested items. We inspect all of our returned items very carefully and when we find that a product has been used before returning it to us we hold the right to decline your return to guarantee our hygiene and safety standards. Products that were delivered with a plastic hygiene seal can only be returned if the seal is still intact.
    5.5 To return your products, please send us an email to report your return. We will provide you with a return address. 
    5.6 Blooming Woman inspects the items as soon as the returned order arrives at our store. If during inspection we find that the customer hasn’t followed our return guidelines and policy, Blooming Woman is not obligated to accept the return. 
    5.7 If the return is denied the customer has the option to have their order send back to them at their own expense. Blooming Woman will send the products back once the shipping costs have been paid by the customer. If the customer is unwilling to pay for the shipping costs Blooming Woman has the right to keep the items without a refund. 
    5.8 Blooming Woman offers its webshop customers a full refund of the returned items after the return has been processed. This can take up to 14 days. The refund will take place the same way the order was paid. Shipping costs to the customer and back to us are not eligible for refunds. 
    5.9 If you ordered the wrong item the customer is obligated to exchange the item themselves. Blooming Woman does not offer the exchange of items. Customers can return their faulty item and order the right item by themselves. 
    5.10 Sale items are not eligible for returns. Items are on sale once the price lowers permanently. 
    5.11 All returns will have to be send to the address provided by Blooming Woman after reporting your return via email.
